While initial reports seemed to blame Vortex/MO2 for this action. It turns out to have been related to an SKSE mod that is not fully compatible with the base game. Nexus collections keeps being compared to Wabbajack, unfairly in my opinion, when it is more like Steam collections. As far as I can tell, and I will be honest I only tried Nexus collections twice while it was in beta, Nexus collections does literally none of the post-processing required to make an actual mod list work the way Wabbajack does.
